1. Be ON TIME:
you must be INSIDE the door AND IN your SEAT
when the bell begins ringing. Enter the room calmly and quietly. Attend to personal needs
before class.
2. Be PREPARED:
bring required materials to class every day (textbook, notebook, pencil, calculator).
3. Begin WARM-UP
immediately; do not wait for me to remind you.
4. Watch your mouth;
talk when permitted. Quiet talking is allowed in some situations. Unkind teasing and impolite
behavior is unacceptable. Courtesy and respect is expected at all times. This includes
body language, facial expression and tone of voice.
5. Stay
in your seat, unless you have permission to get up.

sit at a 90° angle to your desk with your feet on the ground and good posture.
6. Leave the food at home.
This includes water and gum. Gum chewing is NOT allowed
in class. Make-up, mirrors and electronic devises are also not allowed.
7. Nothing goes airborne! This includes pens, paper and other students.
8. I need to see your eyes.
Students may not sleep in class. Your are expected to stay on task AT ALL TIMES and work to the best of your
abilities.
9. Do not take out any electronic devices during class !
10. Wait to be dismissed.
The bell does not dismiss you; the teacher dismisses you!
